For most of you, school starts this week, which isn’t much fun…..so we’ve come up with some cool library events to brighten your fall!
Check out some new anime series at Anime Club on Wednesday, September 17th, October 15th, and November 19th from 7-8:30 p.m. Watch the shows on a big screen, and let us know what should be added to the library’s collection!
Read one of the 2009 Caudill nominees? Want to talk about it? Then come to our Caudill Discussion Group on Saturday, October 25th from 12-1:30 p.m! Talk about which books you loved (and hated!) and hear other 5-8th graders opinions over lunch and a make-your-own dessert. Registration will start October 6th.
The library’s first ever video game tournament will be taking place Saturday, November 8th from 12-4 p.m. Come prepared to kick some virtual butt! More details to come. Grades 6-9 can register starting October 20th.
